Je bent graag bezig met techniek en met mensen. Je haalt energie uit het opstarten en draaiende houden van productielijnen, en je denkt oplossingsgericht wanneer er storingen opduiken.

Je houdt het overzicht op de vloer, ondersteunt collega’s waar nodig en zorgt er samen voor dat de productie vlot blijft draaien. Het mooie? Je ziet elke dag tastbaar resultaat van wat jullie als team gerealiseerd hebben.

Wat zal je doen bij Agristo? Als lijnverantwoordelijke productie ben jij de technische spil op de productievloer. Je zorgt ervoor dat de lijnen correct worden opgestart, stabiel blijven draaien en snel opnieuw operationeel zijn bij storingen.

Dankzij jouw technisch inzicht grijp je snel in en ondersteun je operatoren waar nodig. Daarnaast neem je bij afwezigheid van de teamlead tijdelijk de leiding over de ploeg en help je de dagelijkse werking mee organiseren.

  • Je start productielijnen op en zorgt ervoor dat machines correct ingesteld zijn bij opstart, productwissels en ombouwingen
  • Je volgt het productieproces technisch op en stuurt parameters en instellingen bij waar nodig
  • Je detecteert technische afwijkingen en biedt eerste hulp bij storingen om stilstanden zo kort mogelijk te houden. Je weet wanneer te escaleren naar de technische dienst
  • Je analyseert terugkerende problemen en denkt mee na over structurele oplossingen
  • Je schakelt efficiënt met de technische dienst en geeft storingen duidelijk door via logboeken en overdrachten.
  • Je ondersteunt operatoren bij technische vragen en helpt hen sterker worden in de dagelijkse werking van de lijn
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van het productieproces via controles, staalnames en opvolging van specificaties
  • Je zorgt mee voor een veilige, ordelijke en hygiënische werkomgeving
  • Je ondersteunt testen, optimalisaties en verbeteracties op de lijn
  • Bij afwezigheid van de teamlead neem je een coördinerende rol op binnen de ploeg en help je de dagelijkse werking mee aansturen
  • Je hebt liefst een A2-diploma op zak. Kom je uit een technische richting? Zoveel te beter. Maar een diploma is niet alles. We hechten evengoed waarde aan je ervaring, motivatie en algemene vaardigheden
  • Een technische job in de voedingssector? Dat klinkt iets voor jou. Al ervaring met geautomatiseerde productielijnen, of heb je voldoende computervaardigheden om dit vlot onder de knie te krijgen? Bonuspunten
  • Ook op de meest hectische momenten blijf je oog hebben voor veiligheid, omdat je geeft om jezelf en je collega’s
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Je bent bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken (5u-13u en 13u-21u)
