Als Lijnverantwoordelijke Operator Verpakking ben je de spil in ons productieproces. Je komt terecht in een internationaal familiebedrijf dat marktleider is in vriesverse plantaardige voeding. Samen met een gedreven team zorg je ervoor dat onze oogst efficiënt, veilig en met de hoogste kwaliteit verpakt wordt. Je werkt in een moderne omgeving waar innovatie en duurzaamheid centraal staan.

Opleiding en ervaring: Je beschikt over een A2-diploma (technisch) of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante werkervaring als machinebediener of productiemedewerker.

Technisch inzicht: Je hebt affiniteit met mechaniek en besturingspanelen; ervaring met geautomatiseerde lijnen is een grote troef.

Kwaliteitsbewustzijn: Je hebt oog voor detail, begrijpt het belang van hygiënevoorschriften (HACCP) en bent nauwkeurig in controles.

Communicatie en Organisatie: Je bent een echte teamplayer die vlot communiceert met collega-heftruckchauffeurs en technici, en je behoudt steeds het overzicht over je werkstation.

Flexibiliteit: Je bent bereid om te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel in de regio Koolskamp.

Affiniteit met voeding: Ervaring in de voedingsindustrie is een pluspunt, maar passie voor ons product is essentieel.

  • Lijnbeheer: Je stuurt de volledige verpakkingslijn aan, van de invoer van vriesverse groenten tot het automatisch stapelen van de eindproducten.
  • Machine-instelling: Je configureert de installaties voor optimaal rendement en bewaakt parameters zoals snelheid, gewicht en kwaliteit.
  • Operationele interventies: Je detecteert storingen vroegtijdig, lost kleine technische problemen zelf op en schakelt de technische dienst in waar nodig.
  • Kwaliteitsborging: Je voert strikte controles uit op metaaldetectie, bedrukking, folie en etikettering om een perfect eindresultaat te garanderen.
  • Veiligheid & Hygiëne: Je ziet nauwgezet toe op de naleving van alle veiligheidsprocedures en hygiënische standaarden.
  • Samenwerking: Je stemt af met de teamleader over de juiste recepturen en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie met alle collega's aan de lijn.
