Ben jij een geboren leider die people gericht is en 5 jaar ervaring heeft als lijnverantwoordelijke in een productieomgeving? Heb je sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, ben je proactief en sta je bij voorkeur tussen jouw teamleden? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Als Line Lead ben je verantwoordelijk jouw productielijn.

Je stuurt het operationele team aan, je staat in voor het opbouwen van stabiliteit en het bewaken van de resultaten op korte en middellange termijn.

In deze rol speel je een sleutelrol in het uitrollen van de IWS-methodologie (Integrated Work System) en bouw je mee aan de transitie naar een volledig lijncentrische organisatie.

Het grootste deel van je tijd ben je effectief aanwezig op de werkvloer om je team dagelijks te coachen, inspireren en begeleiden.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Operational Excellence & IWS: Implementeren en uitrollen van IWS op jouw lijn; toewerken naar zero losses en een hoog niveau van ownership binnen je team.
  • Leiderschap : Nauw samenwerken en leiding nemen (samen met de Process Lead en Maintenance Lead), alsook afstemmen met de Manufacturing Lead.
  • Teamcoaching & Zichtbaarheid: Zichtbaar aanwezig zijn op de vloer en het dagelijks coachen en ontwikkelen van het operationele team.
  • Doelstellingen Realiseren: Behalen van shift-overschrijdende KPI’s en resultaten.
  • Continue Verbetering: Samenwerken met ondersteunende diensten en op termijn overkoepelende verantwoordelijkheden opnemen binnen IWS-pijlers (zoals Safety, Quality, Focused Improvement, Preventive Maintenance).
  • Master werk- en denkniveau. Een specifieke technische specialisatie (zoals Ing. Elektromechanica) is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste. Analytisch denkvermogen en het kunnen uitdragen van een heldere visie zijn doorslaggevend.
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als Line Lead of in een vergelijkbare people-rol binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring binnen voeding en kennis van GMP en HACCP zijn zeker een meerwaarde.
  • Een proactieve houding, sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en aantoonbare ervaring als people manager.
  • Kennis van Lean-methodologie en/of ervaring met IWS is een extra troef.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands.
  • Goede kennis van MS office, kennis van een ERP systeem (vb SAP) is een pluspunt
  • Je werkt voornamelijk in dagdienst. Omdat er in totaal 5 ploegen actief zijn, ben je bereid om af en toe de nacht- of weekendploeg te bezoeken om ook die teamleden te ontmoeten en te ondersteunen.
