Bij ons draait alles om kwaliteit, efficiëntie en… ijsjes natuurlijk. Om onze productie vlot te laten verlopen, zijn we op zoek naar een Lijnverantwoordelijke Afvulling die met kennis van zaken én oog voor mensen een productielijn in goede banen leidt. Dankzij jouw voorbereiding start de lijn elke dag vlot op en blijft het productieproces soepel draaien. Je bent het aanspreekpunt op de lijn en zorgt ervoor dat mens en machine perfect op elkaar afgestemd zijn.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte opstart van de productielijn door een grondige voorbereiding.
  • Je monteert, stelt af en past afvul- en inpakmachines aan om een efficiënt productieproces te garanderen.
  • Je volgt het productieproces nauwgezet op en grijpt snel in bij storingen of afwijkingen.
  • Je stuurt collega’s aan de lijn aan en ondersteunt hen waar nodig voor een optimale workflow.
  • Je registreert productiegegevens zorgvuldig om een correct inzicht in het proces te behouden.
  • Bij problemen rapporteer je aan de ploegverantwoordelijke, zodat snel en doeltreffend kan worden bijgestuurd.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring als operator.
  • Je beschikt over technische affiniteit en kan kleine storingen zelfstandig oplossen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, ordelijk en hecht veel belang aan veilig werken.
  • Je bent bereid om in tweeploegendiensten te werken.
