Als lijnverantwoordelijke zorg je mee voor een vlot en correct verloop van het verpakkingsproces.

  • Je stelt volledig geautomatiseerde verpakkingslijnen in, bouwt ze om, start ze op en bedient ze samen met de assistent-ploegchef.
  • Je verpakt producten volgens de voorgeschreven werkwijze, de planning en de vooropgestelde kwaliteits- en rendementseisen, en je controleert de kwaliteit in samenwerking met de QC-medewerker.
  • Je beheert autonoom verschillende schakels in het verpakkingsproces, zoals het bakkenbuffermagazijn, de verpakkingsloop en de wasstraat, en je werkt daarbij met softwarepakketten zoals E’WMS.
  • Je bevoorraadt de machines tijdig met verpakkingsmateriaal en hulpmaterialen.
  • Je lost kleine technische storingen op de lijn op en ondersteunt de technieker bij grotere pannes.
  • Je zorgt voor de reiniging van de verpakkingsloop en voor het schoonmaken van scanners, sensoren en reflectoren.
  • Je motiveert en ondersteunt medewerkers op een positieve manier, werkt actief mee aan continue verbeteringen rond OEE, veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieu, en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij afwezigheid van de ploegchef.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor deze functie zijn dit de belangrijkste vereisten.

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een A2-opleiding in een technische richting gevolgd of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Een eerste ervaring met geautomatiseerde productielijnen is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in techniek, neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en begeleidt graag nieuwe collega’s.
  • Je hebt een heftruckattest of bent bereid dit te behalen, en werken op hoogte is voor jou geen probleem.
  • Je hecht belang aan kwaliteit, veiligheid en netheid op de werkvloer en bent bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken (5-13 u en 13-21 u).
