Voor onze klant, een sterk groeiende speler in de voedingssector zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Lijnsupervisor die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt. In deze rol combineer je het aansturen van je team op de werkvloer met een actieve, meewerkende rol in het productieproces. Je komt terecht in een dynamische omgeving waar kwaliteit, efficiëntie en een goede groepsgeest centraal staan.

Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een productie of logistieke omgeving, waarvan minstens 2 jaar in een leidinggevende rol.

Je beschikt over een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

Je bent een meewerkend leider die graag fysiek aanwezig is op de werkvloer en het goede voorbeeld geeft.

Ervaring binnen de voedingssector is een duidelijke pluskaart, maar geen harde vereiste.

Je hebt voldoende technisch inzicht om lijnombouwen en kleine storingen vlot op te lossen.

Je bent communicatief sterk, daadkrachtig en in staat om een team op een positieve manier aan te sturen.

Je bent flexibel ingesteld om te werken in een 2 ploegensysteem met wisselende opstarturen (standaard om 04:00 uur of 13:00 uur) en bent bereid tot weekendwerk.

Je staat in voor de opstart, ombouw en afsluit van de productielijn en garandeert een continu proces zonder onderbrekingen.

Je voert het dagelijkse leidinggeven uit op de werkvloer: je spreekt medewerkers aan, geeft constructieve feedback, regelt de pauzetijden en vangt afwezigheden op in de planning.

Je werkt actief mee op de lijn en behoudt tegelijk het overzicht over het volledige proces.

Je grijpt zelfstandig in bij kleine, eenvoudige technische storingen en schakelt de afdelingsverantwoordelijke in voor complexe problemen.

Je coordineert en motiveert je team van operatoren om samen de strakke afleverdeadlines te behalen.

Je waakt strikt over de kwaliteitsrichtlijnen, hygiënenormen, orde en netheid binnen de afdeling.
