In onze veelzijdige bakkerij in Hoogeveen krijg jij de kans om als Lijnverantwoordelijke aan de slag te gaan. Jij hebt de verantwoordelijkheid over één van onze geautomatiseerde productielijnen en bewaakt het productieproces aan die specifieke lijn. Het doel is om dagelijks het beste product op de markt te brengen in een omgeving waar iedereen graag werkt. Je werkt samen met je team en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen goed functioneert. Door jouw technische kennis en leiderschap maak je het productieproces interessant en efficiënt. Functie-inhoud - Het productieproces monitoren en afwijkingen signaleren en bijsturen. - Meewerken aan de lijnen en keuzes maken in de taakverdeling. - Het team leiden en het juiste voorbeeld geven. - Prioriteiten stellen binnen het productieproces en aanwijzingen geven binnen het team. - Deelnemen aan projecten en helpen met verbeterprogramma’s of nieuwe werkwijzen. - Zorgen dat iedereen werkt volgens de normen op gebied van veiligheid, hygiëne en kwaliteit. - De productielijn correct ombouwen en instellen bij productwisselingen. - Toezien op correct gebruik van machines inclusief onderhoud en storingen verhelpen. Je schakelt de Technische dienst in bij complexe storingen. - Zorgen voor de beschikbaarheid van alle materialen, grondstoffen en machines die nodig zijn om het beste product te produceren. - Administratieve taken zoals zorgen voor een juiste registratie in onze systemen. Functie-eisen - Minimaal 1 jaar (leidinggevende) ervaring als senior operator of lijnverantwoordelijke bij een foodbedrijf. - Kennis van procedures (materiaal, veiligheid, hygiëne, kwaliteitssystemen, HACCP e.d). - De bereidheid om in drie ploegen te werken waarbij jij roulerend in de ochtend, middag of avond je dienst start. - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in de Nederlandse taal. Wij bieden - Salaris tussen € 3.077,- en € 4.758,- bruto per maand, o.b.v. 38 uur per week exclusief eventuele toeslagen. - Een arbeidsovereenkomst voor bepaalde tijd, met de i.
