FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor een bedrijf in Ruiselede zijn we op zoek naar een Chief Line Operator die mee verantwoordelijkheid wil dragen voor het kleuren van onze gevelbekleding en interieurelementen. Na een interne opleiding van enkele maanden bedien je volledig zelfstandig onze afwerkingslijn en werk je bestellingen nauwkeurig af.

Naast het instellen en opvolgen van de lijn, neem je ook het basisonderhoud van je machinepark voor jouw rekening.

Zo ziet jouw dag eruit:

  • Je start met het bekijken van de productieplanning.
  • Je stelt de machine correct in en volgt de orders zorgvuldig op.
  • Je bewaakt het proces en zorgt voor een vlotte doorstroming in de productiehal.

Met jouw technisch inzicht, oog voor detail en zin voor orde loopt alles op rolletjes. Je werkt graag met je handen, houdt van precisie en voelt je goed in een nette, moderne productieomgeving.

Voltijds heeft onze voorkeur, maar we staan open voor flexibiliteit.

We kijken uit naar iemand die:

  • een TSO- of BA-diploma heeft, of gelijkwaardig technisch inzicht door ervaring;
  • enthousiast, gemotiveerd en nauwkeurig werkt;
  • zelfstandig kan denken en handelen;
  • zich thuis voelt in een productieomgeving;
  • ervaring heeft met hout, of er minstens vertrouwd mee is;
  • voldoende Nederlands spreekt om vlot samen te werken;
  • leergierig is – wij leren je alles aan op de werkvloer.
