Ben jij een echte teamspeler met technisch inzicht en ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie? Neem je graag verantwoordelijkheid op en krijg je energie van een vlot draaiende productielijn? Dan is deze functie als lijnverantwoordelijke inpak misschien iets voor jou.

Als lijnverantwoordelijke ben je de spil tussen de machines, de producten en het team. Je zorgt ervoor dat de verpakkingslijn correct wordt opgestart, ingesteld en omgeschakeld. Tegelijk bewaak je de kwaliteit, los je kleine technische storingen op en zorg je ervoor dat de verpakkingsmaterialen tijdig beschikbaar zijn.

Jouw taken: - Je start de verpakkingslijn op, stelt deze correct in en schakelt vlot om wanneer nodig.

- Je zorgt ervoor dat alle verpakkingsmaterialen tijdig beschikbaar zijn.

- Je houdt een oogje in het zeil en controleert of alles perfect werkt: van etiketten en folie tot de metaaldetector.

- Kleine technische storingen? Die pak jij meteen aan.

- Je voert regelmatig kwaliteitscontroles uit zodat onze producten aan de hoogste standaarden voldoen.

- Je begeleidt en motiveert de inpakmedewerkers en zorgt voor een vlotte werkorganisatie.

- Nieuwe collega's maak je wegwijs zodat ze zich snel thuis voelen in het team.

- Je werkt actief mee aan de lijn en geeft zo zelf het goede voorbeeld.

- Je hebt ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie, liefst binnen de voedingssector.

- Je spreekt, leest en schrijft vlot Nederlands.

- Je staat open om stap voor stap alle machines, producten en processen grondig te leren kennen.

- Werken volgens de hygiënevoorschriften (haarnetje, geen juwelen of gelnagels, ...) is voor jou geen probleem.
