Voor onze klant gelegen in Temse zijn we op zoek naar operator voor hun inpaklijn, we zoeken iemand die zin heeft om door te groeien naar een coördinerende rol.

Wat zullen jouw taken zijn:

  • Opstarten en instellen: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstarten, instellen en, indien nodig, omschakelen van de verpakkingslijn om de geplande productie te realiseren (verpakkingen, labels, blisters,...).
  • Opzetten van vaten met correcte vulling (chocolade, soort confituur, vanille,...);
  • Materialenbeheer: Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste verpakkingsmaterialen beschikbaar zijn uit het magazijn.
  • Machinecontrole: Je controleert en monitort de goede werking van de machines, zoals etiketteermachines, metaaldetectoren en foliemachines.
  • Intern transport: Paletten inwikkelen en naar het magazijn verplaatsen (met BT).
  • Storingen verhelpen: Je lost kleine storingen op aan de robot.
  • Kwaliteitscontroles: Je voert regelmatig kwaliteitscontroles uit.
  • Leidinggeven: Je stuurt de inpakmedewerkers aan en zorgt voor een efficiënte en effectieve werkorganisatie.
  • Begeleiding: Je begeleidt nieuwe inpakmedewerkers zodat zij soepel integreren.
  • Actieve Deelname: Je werkt actief mee aan de lijn om de continuïteit te waarborgen.
  • Orde en Netheid: Orde en netheid hebben jouw continue aandacht

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie, bij voorkeur in de voedingssector
  • Je kan werken in vaste nacht (3 maanden opleiding in 2 ploegen) of 2 ploegen
  • Je hebt ervaring met inpakrobot, folierobot,..
  • Je bent zowel taakgericht als mensgericht ingesteld
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld is;
  • Kan werken in teamverband, maar ook zelfstandig;
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en bent voldoende assertief
  • Je hebt technische affiniteit
  • Je bent Nederlandstalig
  • Je bent bereid om als nieuwe medewerker stelselmatig te groeien in de job om zo alle machines, producten en taken goed te leren kennen
  • De hygiënemaatregelen (geen gelnagels of gelakte nagels, geen juwelen, haarnetje,...) vormen geen probleem voor jou
