Jouw functie:

Onze klant is een gevestigde waarde binnen de voedingssector en beheert het volledige traject van productie tot distributie.

Dankzij een sterke focus op kwaliteit, samenwerking en continu verbeteren blijft het bedrijf jaar na jaar groeien.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden;

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de medewerkers binnen jouw team.
  • Je verdeelt het werk en zorgt voor een efficiënte dagelijkse werking.
  • Je werkt actief mee op de werkvloer en springt flexibel in waar nodig.
  • Je staat mee in voor de administratieve opvolging van de afdeling bij afwezigheid van de teamleader.
  • Je controleert binnenkomende goederen op kwaliteit en correctheid.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte goederenstroom binnen het magazijn.
  • Je werkt volgens de FIFO-methode en respecteert de geldende procedures.
  • Je zet bestellingen klaar via voice picking.
  • Je werkt voornamelijk in een gekoelde omgeving (2°C) en sporadisch in een diepvriesruimte (-18°C).
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een logistieke of magazijnomgeving.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid op en bent een echte teamspeler.
  • Je kan collega's begeleiden en motiveren.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en houdt van een actieve job.
  • Ervaring met voice picking of een leidinggevende rol is een pluspunt.
