Functieomschrijving

Voor een sterke speler binnen de voedingsindustrie zoekt Manpower een Lijnverantwoordelijke Afvulling voor de vaste nachtploeg.

Als Lijnverantwoordelijke Afvulling ben jij verantwoordelijk voor jouw productielijn. Je zorgt ervoor dat de afvullijn correct wordt ingesteld, efficiënt draait en de vooropgestelde kwaliteitsnormen behaalt. Je werkt zelf actief mee aan de lijn, maar houdt tegelijk het overzicht over het volledige proces.

Je bent het aanspreekpunt aan de lijn en ondersteunt collega's waar nodig. Dankzij jouw technische kennis en probleemoplossend vermogen blijven stilstanden beperkt en verloopt de productie volgens planning.

Jouw taken

  • Je stelt de afvullijnen correct in en zorgt voor een optimale opstart.
  • Je bewaakt het goede verloop van het afvulproces en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat productie-, kwaliteits- en veiligheidsvoorschriften worden nageleefd.
  • Je ondersteunt collega's aan de lijn met begeleiding en duidelijke instructies.
  • Je detecteert technische storingen en kwaliteitsafwijkingen en neemt snel de juiste acties.
  • Je voert eerstelijnsonderhoud uit en werkt nauw samen met de technische dienst.
  • Je registreert productie- en kwaliteitsgegevens correct.
  • Je begeleidt productwissels en testproducties.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen aan het productieproces.
  • Je helpt nieuwe collega's en toekomstige lijnverantwoordelijken op weg.
  • Je beschikt over een technisch A2-diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring als operator binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring als Lijnverantwoordelijke, Senior Operator of een gelijkaardige functie is een plus.
  • Je hebt een sterk technisch inzicht en kan storingen analyseren en oplossen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en gestructureerd.
  • Je houdt ervan om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en initiatief te tonen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt graag samen met collega's.
  • Je kan vlot werken met Outlook en Excel.
  • Ervaring met een onderhoudsbeheersysteem is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je kiest bewust voor een functie in de vaste nachtploeg.
