Ben jij een ervaren operator met een sterke technische achtergrond en klaar om meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen? Werk je graag zelfstandig en houd je ervan om het overzicht te bewaren in een productieomgeving? Dan is deze functie als lijnverantwoordelijke in de vaste nachtploeg precies wat je zoekt.

Voor een groeiend en stabiel bedrijf in Nazareth zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven lijnverantwoordelijke die het productieproces mee aanstuurt en ervoor zorgt dat alles vlot, efficiënt en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen verloopt.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Je start de productielijnen op en zorgt ervoor dat alle machines correct ingesteld zijn.
  • Je volgt het productieproces nauwgezet op en grijpt in wanneer nodig.
  • Je detecteert technische afwijkingen en ondersteunt bij het oplossen van storingen.
  • Je analyseert terugkerende problemen en denkt actief mee na over structurele verbeteringen.
  • Je begeleidt en ondersteunt operatoren zodat de productie optimaal blijft draaien.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van het productieproces en het eindproduct.
  • Bij afwezigheid van de teamleader neem je een coördinerende rol op en zorg je voor een vlotte werking binnen de ploeg.

In deze functie krijg je de kans om jouw technische expertise, verantwoordelijkheidszin en leiderschapskwaliteiten dagelijks in te zetten binnen een moderne productieomgeving waar jouw inzet echt het verschil maakt.

Wie ben jij?

Jij bent een technisch sterke professional die verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen en graag het verschil maakt op de productievloer.

  • Je beschikt over een A2-diploma of hebt relevante ervaring opgebouwd in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je werkt veilig, nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
  • Je bent bereid om in een vaste nachtploeg te werken.
  • Je houdt het hoofd koel in een dynamische productieomgeving en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je neemt initiatief, ondersteunt collega's waar nodig en bent niet bang om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

Met jouw technische kennis, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en hands-on mentaliteit ben je een belangrijke schakel in een vlot en efficiënt productieproces.
