Onze klant is een internationale speler in de voedingsindustrie.

Het richt zich op duurzaamheid en innovatie binnen de agrarische sector, met als doel de voedselvoorziening te verbeteren en de impact op het milieu te minimaliseren. Kwaliteit en traceerbaarheid staan centraal in de bedrijfsvoering.

Voor een klant regio Westrozebeke gaat Let's Work op zoek naar een polyvalente operator productie 2 ploegen.

In deze zeer polyvalente functie zorg je ervoor dat de productielijn vlot blijft draaien en spring je bij waar nodig binnen het productieproces. Je start met een loon vanaf €17 per uur, aangevuld met €9 maaltijdcheques en extralegale voordelen. Je komt terecht in een stabiele werkomgeving binnen de voedingssector, waar flexibiliteit en polyvalentie belangrijk zijn.

Wat staat er op jou te wachten als operator?

  • De productielijn start je zelfstandig op en je bedient verschillende machines binnen het productieproces.
  • Het productieproces volg je nauw op en bij afwijkingen grijp je tijdig in.
  • Samen met de lijnanalist help je bij het optimaliseren van instellingen en het bijsturen van processen.
  • Productiegegevens registreer je correct en je hebt aandacht voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en orde op de werkvloer.
  • Je voert verschillende taken uit binnen de productie en springt polyvalent bij waar nodig.
  • Je werkt mee aan dooibeurten en andere ondersteunende taken binnen het productieproces.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en draagt bij aan een vlotte dagelijkse werking van de productie.
  • Ervaring als operator binnen de voedingssector vormt een sterke basis
  • Technisch inzicht helpt je om machines en processen snel te begrijpen
  • Je bent bereid om in een koude omgeving te werken.
  • Structuur brengen en overzicht bewaren zijn eigenschappen die bij jou passen
  • Met een oplossingsgerichte aanpak zoek je mee naar verbeteringen
  • Je bent bereid om zeer polyvalent te werken en verschillende taken binnen de productie op te nemen.
  • Nederlands en Frans gebruik je vlot voor een goede samenwerking
