Voor een moderne en groeiende productieomgeving in de voedingssector zoeken wij een lijnverantwoordelijke die ervoor zorgt dat de productielijnen optimaal draaien en de vooropgestelde kwaliteitsnormen worden behaald.

Jouw taken;

Opstarten en opvolgen van de productielijnen.

  • Instellen en afregelen van machines om kwaliteit en rendement te garanderen.
  • Ombouwen van productielijnen bij productwissels.
  • Bewaken van het volledige productieproces en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Signaleren en oplossen van eerste technische storingen.
  • Ondersteunen en begeleiden van operatoren op de werkvloer.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en opvolgen van productieparameters.
  • Toezien op veiligheid, orde, netheid en hygiëne binnen de productieomgeving.
  • Meehelpen bij verbeterings- en optimalisatieprojecten.
  • Coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen de lijn en fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor het team.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een technisch A2-diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en werkt graag met geautomatiseerde productielijnen.
  • Je bent een natuurlijke trekker die collega's motiveert en ondersteunt.
  • Je kan zelfstandig beslissingen nemen en behoudt het overzicht.
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt vlot Nederlands.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel
