Jobomschrijving

Voor een klant regio Westrozebeke gaat Let's Work op zoek naar een lijnverantwoordelijke productie 2 ploegen.

Je neemt de leiding over een productielijn en zorgt ervoor dat mensen, machines en processen optimaal samenwerken. Je start met een loon vanaf €17 per uur, aangevuld met extralegale voordelen, en krijgt de ruimte om te groeien binnen een stabiele organisatie met een sterke teamcultuur.

Wat is jouw taak als lijnverantwoordelijke?

  • De productielijn start je zelfstandig op en je bedient verschillende machines binnen het productieproces
  • Het volledige proces volg je nauw op en je grijpt in bij afwijkingen om een vlotte productie te garanderen
  • Samen met de lijnanalist optimaliseer je de instellingen en stuur je processen bij
  • Operatoren begeleid, motiveer en ondersteun je tijdens hun werkzaamheden
  • Productiegegevens registreer je correct en je waakt over kwaliteit, veiligheid en orde op de werkvloer
  • Dooibeurten plan en coördineer je efficiënt om stilstanden te beperken
  • Ervaring als operator binnen de voedingssector vormt een sterke basis, leidinggevende ervaring is een mooie troef
  • Technisch inzicht helpt je om machines en processen snel te begrijpen
  • Structuur brengen en overzicht bewaren zijn eigenschappen die bij jou passen
  • Met een oplossingsgerichte aanpak zoek je mee naar verbeteringen
  • Collega's aansturen en ondersteunen doe je op een positieve manier
  • Nederlands en Frans gebruik je vlot voor een goede samenwerking
