Jobomschrijving

Als Lijnverantwoordelijke Productie stuur je dagelijks 2 productielijnen aan, en zorg je ervoor dat de productie veilig, kwalitatief en efficiënt verloopt. Je combineert meewerkend operatorwerk met het ondersteunen en aansturen van collega's op de lijn.

Jouw taken:

  • De productielijn opstarten, opvolgen en bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Collega's begeleiden, ondersteunen en het werk op de lijn coördineren.
  • Machines en installaties correct instellen, bedienen en ombouwen.
  • De kwaliteit van de producten en het productieproces bewaken.
  • Technische afwijkingen of storingen signaleren en waar mogelijk zelf oplossen.
  • Instaan voor een vlotte overdracht en communicatie met collega's, techniek en de ploegchef.
  • Productie-, kwaliteits- en veiligheidsvoorschriften correct toepassen en naleven.
  • Mee zorgen voor een veilige, ordelijke en efficiënte werkomgeving.

Je bent een Lijnverantwoordelijke Productie die zich goed voelt in een omgeving waar structuur, kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan.
