Ben jij technisch sterk en heb je ervaring binnen een productieomgeving? Haal je voldoening uit het optimaal laten draaien van een productielijn en neem je graag verantwoordelijkheid op voor kwaliteit, rendement en procesopvolging?

Dan is deze functie als Lijnverantwoordelijke Productie iets voor jou. Je komt terecht in een moderne voedingsomgeving waar kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie centraal staan en waar jouw technische expertise het verschil maakt.

Als lijnverantwoordelijke ben je verantwoordelijk voor het praktisch en technisch opvolgen van een productielijn. Je bewaakt het volledige productieproces en zorgt ervoor dat alles veilig, efficiënt en volgens de kwaliteitsnormen verloopt.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opstarten, instellen en opvolgen van de productielijn
  • Bewaken van een vlot productieproces en ingrijpen waar nodig

Bijsturen van machines en procesparameters

  • Signaleren en oplossen van operationele storingen en afwijkingen

Uitvoeren en opvolgen van kwaliteitscontroles

  • Registreren van productiegegevens en procesinformatie
  • Opvolgen van rendementen en efficiëntie van de lijn
  • Toezien op de naleving van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en hygiënevoorschriften
  • Samenwerken met productie, kwaliteit en technische dienst
  • Actief meedenken over optimalisaties en verbeteringen

In deze functie stuur je geen medewerkers aan. De focus ligt volledig op het technisch en operationeel beheer van de productielijn. Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand met ervaring of een sterke affiniteit binnen een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in de voedingssector.

Bij je kandidatuur ontvangen we graag concrete informatie over:

  • Met welke productiemachines en productieprocessen je reeds gewerkt hebt

Welke verantwoordelijkheden je had aan een productielijn

  • Je ervaring met het instellen, bedienen en bijsturen van machines
  • Je ervaring met kwaliteitscontroles en procesopvolging
  • Welke operationele problemen of storingen je zelfstandig kunt analyseren en oplossen

Daarnaast:

  • Heb je technisch inzicht en een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen
  • Werk je nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht
  • Neem je verantwoordelijkheid op

Kan je zelfstandig werken

  • Heb je oog voor veiligheid en hygiëne
