Graag tussen de machines én de mensen? Als lijnverantwoordelijke zorg je ervoor dat een productielijn binnen een industriële bakkerij veilig, vlot en volgens planning draait. Je stuurt medewerkers aan, bewaakt kwaliteit en grijpt zelf in wanneer een technisch probleem de productie dreigt stil te leggen.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt in een industriële bakkerij waar onder andere cakes en quiches geproduceerd worden. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van jouw productielijn.

• Je zorgt voor een veilig en efficiënt verloop van de productie

• Je houdt de productielijn goed in het oog en probeert stilstanden te voorkomen

• Je lost eenvoudige technische problemen zelfstandig op

• Je schakelt tijdig technische ondersteuning in bij complexere storingen

• Je denkt mee over oplossingen om terugkerende problemen te vermijden

• Je bewaakt de kwaliteitsrichtlijnen en afspraken rond voedselveiligheid

• Je zorgt dat jouw lijn proper, ordelijk en veilig blijft

• Je verdeelt het werk en ondersteunt de medewerkers aan jouw lijn

• Je motiveert collega's en zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie tijdens de productie

Dit is een meewerkende verantwoordelijke functie. Je stuurt aan, maar staat zelf ook dicht bij de productielijn. Als er iets fout loopt, wordt verwacht dat je kijkt wat er aan de hand is en mee naar een praktische oplossing zoekt.

• Je hebt technisch inzicht en voelt je comfortabel tussen machines en productielijnen

• Je kunt medewerkers begeleiden, motiveren en duidelijk aansturen

• Je neemt initiatief en helpt zelf mee wanneer dat nodig is

• Je blijft overzicht houden wanneer de productie onder druk staat

• Je kunt eenvoudige technische problemen zelfstandig aanpakken

• Je werkt vlot met een computer

• Je kunt je professioneel uitdrukken in Nederlands en Engels

• Je bent bereid om in twee ploegen te werken

Ervaring binnen industriële voeding of bakkerijproductie is mooi meegenomen, maar wordt in de beschikbare informatie niet als harde voorwaarde vermeld.
