Wat ga je doen?

Als lijnverantwoordelijke zorg jij ervoor dat de voorversnijdingslijn op rolletjes loopt. Je stelt de machines correct in, houdt de kwaliteit scherp in de gaten en stuurt een klein team aan. Je werkt actief mee op de vloer en zorgt ervoor dat alles veilig, hygiënisch en efficiënt verloopt.

Jouw dag ziet er zo uit:

  • Je stelt de voorversnijdingslijn correct in en volgt het proces op.
  • Je legt de charcuterieproducten correct in de machine.
  • Je controleert of alles netjes en nauwkeurig versneden wordt.
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op de afgewerkte producten.
  • Je houdt de High Risk Zone netjes en zorgt dat alle hygiëne- en veiligheidsregels gevolgd worden.
  • Je begeleidt en motiveert een team van 3 tot 5 collega's.
  • Je merkt technische of operationele problemen snel op en meldt ze tijdig.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt ervaring in de voedings- of vleesindustrie.
  • Je werkt graag in een 2 ploegen.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en leert snel nieuwe machines kennen.
  • Je bent een echte doener die verantwoordelijkheid durft nemen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met collega's.
  • Werken volgens strikte hygiënevoorschriften en beschermende kledij dragen is voor jou geen probleem.
