Neem jij graag de leiding op de werkvloer en haal je energie uit het motiveren van een team? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Voor een voedingsbedrijf in Wevelgem zoeken wij een enthousiaste Line Shift Lead.

Wat zijn jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden?

  • Je leidt, coacht en motiveert jouw team en ondersteunt hen in hun dagelijkse werking en ontwikkeling.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer en zorgt voor een duidelijke communicatie en informatiedoorstroming.
  • Je organiseert en coördineert de productieactiviteit en zorgt ervoor dat jouw lijn vlot en zonder onderbrekingen draait.
  • Je stelt de planning op en verdeelt taken en verantwoordelijkheden binnen je team.
  • Je volgt de productie op, grijpt in waar nodig en koppelt problemen of storingen terug.
  • Je bewaakt de SQCDME-doelstellingen (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Motivation & Environment) en streeft samen met je team naar de beste resultaten.
  • Je ziet toe op de naleving van regels rond veiligheid, kwaliteit, hygiëne en milieu.
  • Je voert evalutatiegesprekken, geeft feedback en draag bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van je medewerkers.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringenen stimuleert een cultuur van continu verbeteren.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met andere afdelingen zoals productie, proces en maitenance.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent een people manager die een team weet te motiveren, coachen en aansturen.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk, doelgericht en efficiënt.
  • Je hebt een sterk gevoel voor structuur, planning en organisatie.
  • Je bent technisch onderlegd en hebt inzicht in productieprocessen.
  • Je werkt resultaat-en actiegericht en zorgt ervoor dat de productielijn vlot draait.
  • Je neemt snel nieuwe zaken op en weet deze ook praktisch toe te passen in de dagelijkse werking.
  • Je neemt van nature het voortouw en beschikt over sterke leiderchapsvaardigheden.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in de nacht (22u-6u).
  • Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en voelt je thuis in een productieomgeving.
  • Je bent communicatief, hands-on en hulpvaardig ingesteld.
  • Je hebt oog voor voedelveiligheid, veiligheid en kwaliteit.
