Dat is jouw dagelijkse realiteit als Linux Engineer bij Solvinity. Je beheert infrastructuur voor organisaties die écht niet mogen uitvallen, zoals de Politie en het Ministerie van Justitie en Veiligheid. Geen dag is hetzelfde en dat is precies wat jij zoekt. Je werkt zelfstandig, deels vanuit huis, in een team waar de sfeer goed is en collega's altijd voor je klaarstaan. Wat ga je doen? Als Linux Engineer ben jij eigenaar van je werk. Incidenten en wijzigingsverzoeken komen op jouw naam te staan en jij zorgt dat ze opgelost worden. Soms alleen, soms met hulp van een collega. Die hulp is altijd beschikbaar, want het team (ongeveer 15 engineers) helpt elkaar graag. Maar het initiatief ligt bij jou. Negentig procent van de infrastructuur draait op Linux. De omgevingen zijn complex, aan elkaar gekoppeld en vragen om veel uitzoekwerk. Dit doe je dagelijks: - Troubleshooten en oplossen van incidenten in Linux-omgevingen - Werken met Docker: van image development tot uitrol en troubleshooting van containers. - Werken met CI/CD pipelines en Kubernetes - Afstemmen met technisch onderlegde klanten via telefoon, mail of Teams - Deelnemen aan de waakdienst: eens per acht weken, één week, volledig remote op te lossen Documentatie is er, maar niet altijd up-to-date. Jij zoekt zelf de informatie, roeit met de riemen die je hebt en haalt er een collega bij als dat nodig is. Die hulp is er altijd.
