En tant que Livreur – Installateur, vous êtes responsable de la livraison de produits ou de machines chez les clients (particuliers ou entreprises), ainsi que de leur installation et mise en service sur place. Vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans la satisfaction client, en garantissant un service professionnel, ponctuel et soigné. Vos responsabilités :

  • Charger les produits/machines dans le camion de manière sécurisée (les marchandises à livrer pèsent généralement entre 100 et 400 kg)
  • Assurer les livraisons selon le planning établi.
  • Respecter les itinéraires, les règles de sécurité et les délais de livraison.
  • Décharger et installer les produits ou machines sur site.
  • Les livraisons se font à deux, et peuvent inclure de manutentionner la marchandise à l’étage, ainsi que du montage sur place.
  • Effectuer les premiers réglages ou démonstrations si nécessaire.
  • Vérifier le bon fonctionnement des machines après installation.
  • Être le point de contact direct avec le client lors de la livraison et assurer un service client de qualité.
  • Permis de conduire C valide.
  • Expérience préalable comme livreur ou dans un rôle similaire.
  • Compétences techniques de base en montage, installation ou maintenance de machines ou d’équipements
  • Bonne condition physique (manutention régulière).
  • Ponctualité, rigueur et sens de l’organisation.
  • Bon contact client, présentation soignée et attitude professionnelle.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome.
