The posting

Nous sommes une société de transport dont le dépôt est situé à Bruxelles. La principale mission est d'effectuer de la distribution de petits colis à vélo, chez nos clients qui sont à 95% des particuliers à Bruxelles. ll s'agit de vélo cargo électrique.

Le profil que nous recherchons doit être sportif, à l'aise à vélo, ponctuel, responsable, digne de confiance et ambitieux.

Il s'agit d'un travail à responsabilité.

Une première expérience est un plus mais non exigée.

Phase d'apprentissage :

  • Dans un premier temps, une formation théorique de 2 jours est prévue.
  • Les candidats assisteront un collègue dans différentes tournées.
  • Par la suite, le/la chauffeur (se)-livreur (se) gère sa propre tournée en effectuant les tâches suivantes : Chargement des colis au dépôt, effectuer la tournée de livraison de colis porte à porte.
  • Vous avez une bonne condition physique et faites du vélo régulièrement
  • Vous avez un bon esprit d'équipe et d'organisation
  • Vous disposez idéalement d'une première expérience dans une fonction équivalente.
  • Vous contrôlez votre travail et appliquez les consignes de sécurité routière.
  • Vous avez de bonnes connaissances en Français.
  • Il est primordial d'avoir un bon contact avec le client
  • Vous savez travailler de manière autonome, faites preuve de fiabilité et avez le sens des responsabilités.
  • Vous avez l'esprit client et avez une bonne présentation.
  • Vous êtes attentif (ve) et avez le sens de l'orientation.
  • Contrat avec flexibilité d'horaire
  • Pour les étudiants, équilibre étude/travail, nous nous adaptons à vos jours de disponibilité
