- Je analyseert de zakelijke behoeften en financiële situatie van ondernemers en adviseert hen over professionele kredieten, cashflowbeheer, investeringsmogelijkheden en belastingoptimalisatie.

- Je biedt maatwerkoplossingen in samenwerking met gespecialiseerde collega’s en licht klanten duidelijk de financiële gevolgen, voorwaarden en risico’s toe.

- Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met zelfstandigen, vrije beroepen en KMO’s, beheert een selecte portefeuille en fungeert als strategische vertrouwenspersoon.

- Je volgt de evoluties bij klanten, hun onderneming en de markt proactief op om adviezen steeds af te stemmen op hun situatie.

- Je gaat actief op zoek naar ondernemers in jouw regio, herkent commerciële kansen en zet deze om in concrete acties, met focus op kwalitatieve leadgeneratie en cross-selling samen met collega’s.

- Je begeleidt kredietaanvragen en professionele dossiers van begin tot eind, werkt samen met kredietanalisten en verschillende specialisten, en zorgt voor correcte administratieve en compliance-verwerking.

- Je neemt deel aan lokale netwerkevents en bouwt relaties op met partners, accountants en externe adviseurs om de groei en zichtbaarheid van je portefeuille te versterken.

- Heeft een bachelor/master in financiën, bank- en verzekeringen , en beschikt over FSMA certificaten.

- Brengt enkele jaren commerciële ervaring mee binnen banking, ondernemersadvies of kredietverlening, bij voorkeur met kennis van KMO-financieringen of professionele verzekeringen.

- Beschikt over sterke expertise in professionele kredieten, fiscaliteit en cashflowbeheer, en heeft een analytische en financiële ingesteldheid.

- Communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en werkt efficiënt met digitale tools en CRM-systemen.

- Handelt proactief, blijft rustig onder druk en past zich snel aan veranderingen aan.

- Herkent commerciële kansen en volgt KPI’s en portefeuille-groei nauwgezet op.
