Je adviseert collega's en management over wet- en regelgeving, integriteiten privacy en helpt hen om hun verantwoordelijkheid hierin zelfstandig en aantoonbaar te nemen.In deze functie ligt een duidelijke veranderopdracht. Je helpt Klant & Markt om hetvolwassenheidsniveau op het gebied van privacybewustzijn, eigenaarschap en compliant werken verderte verhogen. Dat doe je niet alleen door kaders toe te lichten of controles uit te voeren, maar vooral doorde business te helpen compliance en privacy vanaf het begin mee te nemen in beleid, processen,klantreizen, projecten en innovaties.Wat ga je doen? Je ontwikkelt en realiseert een verandergerichte aanpak waarmee privacybewustzijn,eigenaarschap en compliant handelen binnen Klant & Markt aantoonbaar worden versterkt. Jemaakt voortgang inzichtelijk en vertaalt bevindingen naar concrete verbeteracties. Je adviseert management, proceseigenaren, projectteams en andere collega's over compliance-en privacyvraagstukken. Daarbij help je hen om risico's vroegtijdig te herkennen en compliance enprivacy by-design toe te passen bij veranderingen, innovaties en dienstverlening. Je bewaakt dat nieuwe en gewijzigde wet- en regelgeving die Klant & Markt raakt tijdig enwerkbaar wordt geïmplementeerd.
