Dit doe je in goede samenwerking met vrijwilligers en collega's binnen de gemeente die nauw betrokken zijn bij de opvang van Oekraïense vluchtelingen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de juiste uitvoering en coördinatie van de dagelijkse gang van zaken op de verschillende opvanglocaties. Het werk is gevarieerd en kan uitdagend zijn, omdat je te maken hebt met ad-hoc werkzaamheden en uiteenlopende situaties. De gesprekken vinden plaats op 5 november a.s. We vragen je hiermee alvast rekening te houden. - De Oekraïnse vluchtelingen tijdens een eerste opvang ondersteunen en een warm welkom heten; - Dagelijks aanspreekpunt/contactpersoon van de gemeentelijke opvang voor betrokken instanties en buurtbewoners; - Ondersteunt en draagt zorg voor vastlegging van de benodigde persoonsgegevens van de vluchtelingen in de opvanglocatie in verband met zorgbehoefte en leefgeldverstrekking; - werkt nauw samen met de andere locatiemanagers, de coördinator en andere medewerkers van de gemeente Waadhoeke; - Houdt overzicht en regie en schakelt waar nodig andere disciplines in; - Verwijst door waar nodig en schakelt met ondersteunende diensten in en op de locatie; - Regelt praktische zaken in overleg en afstemming met collega's binnen de gemeente; - Is het aanspreekpunt voor de vrijwilligers en werkt met hen samen; - Draagt zorg voor de feitelijke inrichting van de opvanglocatie en implementatie van de huisregels; - Zorgt voor tijdelijke communicatie en informatie op de locatie. - Brengt en houdt een overzicht bij van de gehuisveste Oekraïners in de gemeentelijke opvang; Dit ben jij - HBO werk- en denkniveau in combinatie met een relevante maatschappelijke opleiding - Kan goed zelfstandig werken, daadkrachtig en is in staat om allee...
