The posting

Een afwisselende baan waarin je mensen helpt die hun thuis hebben moeten verlaten. Als locatiebeheerder zorg jij ervoor dat de dagelijkse opvang van Oekraïense vluchtelingen goed verloopt. Je biedt een warm welkom, helpt bewoners op weg en zorgt voor rust en structuur op verschillende opvanglocaties.

Geen dag is hetzelfde. Het ene moment help je een bewoner met een praktische vraag, het andere moment overleg je met vrijwilligers of los je een onverwachte situatie op. Jij houdt het overzicht, neemt initiatief en zorgt samen met je collega's voor een goed georganiseerde opvang.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

• Je verwelkomt Oekraïense vluchtelingen en ondersteunt hen tijdens de eerste opvang. • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor bewoners, vrijwilligers, buurtbewoners en betrokken organisaties. • Je registreert persoonsgegevens die nodig zijn voor zorg en leefgeld en houdt bij wie er op de locaties verblijft. • Je zorgt voor rust en structuur, houdt overzicht en schakelt hulp in wanneer dat nodig is. • Je regelt praktische zaken en zorgt dat de opvanglocaties goed zijn ingericht. • Je zorgt dat huisregels worden toegepast en bewoners de juiste informatie krijgen. • Je werkt nauw samen met andere locatiebeheerders, de coördinator en collega's.

Je werkt 28 tot 36 uur per week in regio Noordwest-Friesland. Je start op 23 november 2026 en werkt tot en met 22 mei 2027, met kans op verlenging. Je bent bereid om onregelmatige diensten en bereikbaarheidsdiensten te draaien.

Functie-eisen: Jij bent iemand die graag klaarstaat voor anderen en stevig in zijn schoenen staat. Ook wanneer het druk is of plannen onverwacht veranderen, blijf je rustig en denk je in oplossingen. Je kunt goed zelfstandig werken, neemt initiatief en brengt structuur aan in onverwachte of drukke situaties.

Verder heb je:

• Hbo werk- en denkniveau en een relevante maatschappelijke opleiding. • Affiniteit met Oekraïense vluchtelingen en kennis van de taak en situatie in Oekraïne. • Beheersing van de Engels
