Kom werken als locatie coördinator en maak op een vluchtelingenopvang het verschil voor het team en de bewoners! Wat kun je verwachten? Als locatie coördinator bij het Rode Kruis werk je via uitzendbureau Aethon en ben je werkzaam op een lokale opvanglocatie. Als locatie coördinator ben jij medeverantwoordelijk voor het reilen en zeilen van de opvanglocatie. De werkomgeving is flexibel en vraagt om aanpassingsvermogen, aangezien elke vluchteling uniek is en teams snel kunnen wisselen bij krimp of groei. Wat ga je doen? De locatie coördinator is medeverantwoordelijk voor de opvanglocatie van de vluchtelingen. Ondersteunend aan de locatiemanager begeleid en beoordeel je medewerkers. Samen met de locatiemanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de afstemming en communicatie met de stakeholders directe omgeving van de opvanglocatie. Denk hierbij aan de ketenpartners, de gemeente en buurtbewoners. Wat breng je mee? We zijn opzoek naar mensen die zich herkennen in de grondbeginselen van het Rode Kruis. Verder herken jij je in de volgende punten: - HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur een managementopleiding. - Ervaring in een leidinggevende functie. - Je kan goed schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden - Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en interculturele communicatie.
