Als locatiecoördinator ben jij de spil in het succes van onze trainingsdagen, waarbij jouw organisatorische talent en glimlach iedereen een stapje verder helpt richting dat diploma. Voordat de eerste leerling binnenloopt, heb jij alles al perfect op orde en sta je klaar om de dag soepel te laten verlopen. Loopt het onverhoopt toch net iets anders dan verwacht? Geen probleem, moeiteloos kom jij tot een passende oplossing. Efficiëntie is jouw tweede naam en je bent altijd voorbereid op wat er gaat komen. Doorgaans werk je op een vaste plek in de school, maar je begeeft je ook regelmatig onder leerlingen en trainers. Pas als iedereen helemaal tevreden is en het laatste licht uitgaat, sluit je met een voldaan gevoel jouw werkdag af. Jouw dag: - In de ochtend ontvang je de trainers en leerlingen; - Je maakt hen wegwijs, checkt de aanwezigen en belt eventuele afwezigen na; - In de pauzes verzorg je brainfood en ga je in gesprek met trainers en leerlingen; - De hele dag ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor vragen of onverwachte situaties; - Voor je de deur achter je dichttrekt, zorg je dat alles er weer tiptop uitziet; - Tot slot deel je jouw observaties en feedback met het kantoorteam. Wij zijn Eindsprint. Met onze examentrainingen helpen we leerlingen die laatste, spannende stap naar dat felbegeerde papiertje te zetten. Kleine groepen, veel persoonlijke aandacht en slimme leermethodes: wij zorgen dat leerlingen niet alleen beter voorbereid zijn, maar ook vol vertrouwen hun examen in gaan.
