Locatiecoördinator 2Eekhoorns (32-36 uur) Hastastraat 13, 2672 HC Naaldwijk 32 - 36 uur, € 3.035 - € 4.052 bruto op basis van fulltime (36 uur) Dit bieden wij Wie ben jij? 2Eekhoorns is een gezellig kinderdagverblijf in Naaldwijk. We hebben een prachtig, licht pand met grote ramen, ruime groepsruimtes en volop plek om te spelen en ontdekken. Ook buiten is er eigen afgeschermde, speels en met groen ingerichte, buitenruimte. Bij 2Eekhoorns hebben we één verticale groep voor kinderen van 0 tot 4 jaar, twee peutergroepen voor kinderen van 2 tot 4 jaar en drie babygroepen voor kinderen van 0 tot 2 jaar. Je werkt samen met een team van ongeveer 22 collega's. Werkdagen: Maandag, dinsdag, donderdag en vrijdag. Van je 32 tot 36 uur werk je 24 uur als Locatiecoördinator en 8 tot 12 uur op de groep. Wat ga je doen? Als Locatiecoördinator ben je de spil van de locatie. Je houdt overzicht, zorgt dat de dagelijkse gang van zaken soepel verloopt en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega's en ouders. Je maakt de roosters, beantwoordt vragen, denkt vooruit en signaleert waar iets nodig is. Naast organiseren en coördineren ben je echte een verbinder. Je weet wat er speelt binnen het team, maakt zaken bespreekbaar en helpt collega's om samen verder te komen. We zoeken een frisse wind die feedback kan geven én ontvangen. Binnen 2Eekhoorns zijn we actief bezig met onze aanspreekcultuur en zoeken iemand die daar op een positieve en open manier verder mee aan de slag wil. Met jouw pedagogische blik en organisatietalent draag je bij aan de kwaliteit op de locatie. Je neemt initiatief, denkt mee over verbeteringen en krijgt collega's daarin mee. Omdat je ook zelf op de groep werkt, blijf je dicht bij de praktijk en weet je wat kinderen en collega's nodig hebben.
