Calvijn College Het Calvijn College is een reformatorische scholengemeenschap in Zeeland met een breed onderwijsaanbod van pro tot en met gymnasium, zeven locaties en ruim drieduizend leerlingen. Typisch Calvijn College is: een hartelijke betrokkenheid op elkaar vanuit een heldere christelijke identiteit. De school richt zich naast opleiding nadrukkelijk op vorming en reikt leerlingen uitdaging en ondersteuning aan die bij hen past. Eigen verantwoordelijkheden én samen leren. Zij zijn op zoek naar een locatiedirecteur voor de locaties Goes Noordhoeklaan, Goes Stationspark, het praktijkonderwijs en die tevens verantwoordelijk wordt voor de portefeuille leerlingondersteuning. Het geheel behelst 480 leerlingen en 100 medewerkers. Naar de website: https://www.calvijncollege.nl Plaats in de organisatie De locatiedirecteur rapporteert aan de bestuurder en is lid van het schoolbrede managementteam (MT), waarin ook de bestuurder, de directeur Onderwijs en de collega-locatiedirecteuren zitting hebben. De locatiedirecteur geeft zelf leiding aan de teamleiders van de locaties en de teamleiders praktijkonderwijs, allround-/reboundvoorziening en expertiseteam leerling ondersteuning. Focus Het Calvijn College is één school met meerdere locaties. De locatiedirecteur laat in zijn handelen de belangen van de ene school prevaleren boven de belangen van de locatie waar hij voor verantwoordelijk is. M.a.w.: hij is lid van het MT en in aanvulling daarop verantwoordelijk voor zijn locatie. Daarbij richt hij zijn focus op het dienen van de belangen van de leerlingen in de periode dat ze zijn locatie bezoeken, maar ook nadat ze zijn locatie hebben verlaten en elders een vervolgopleiding volgen, hetzij binnen het Calvijn College of erbuiten. 2.
