Je geeft leiding aan de teamleiders, bent lid van het schoolbrede MT, draagt bij aan het centrale en onderwijskundige beleid en stelt het belang van één Calvijn College voorop. Daarnaast bouw je aan samenwerking, professionaliteit en de ontwikkeling van medewerkers en teams. Jouw profiel Je beschikt over hbo werk- en denkniveau, kennis van Schrift en belijdenis en affiniteit met onderwijs en leerlingen die extra ondersteuning nodig hebben. Je kent maatschappelijke en onderwijskundige ontwikkelingen en bent thuis in managementtechnieken, personeelszorg en locatiegebonden financiële zaken. Als leider combineer je visie en rentmeesterschap met een koersvaste, toegankelijke en verbindende stijl. Je bent nuchter, consequent, communicatief sterk en stressbestendig. Waar kom je te werken Het Calvijn College is een reformatorische scholengemeenschap in Zeeland met een breed onderwijsaanbod van praktijkonderwijs tot en met gymnasium, verdeeld over zeven locaties en ruim 3.000 leerlingen.
