Een ervaren manager, iemand die de nodige vlieguren gemaakt heeft, die geïnvesteerd heeft in zijn of haar eigen ontwikkeling, kan relativeren en motiveren. Iemand voor wie leiderschap gaat over wie je bent en wat je meebrengt en niet over welke functie je bekleedt. Dit zoekprofiel bevat de informatie die je nodig hebt om te toetsen of je past bij de organisatie, de functie en de opdracht van manager Zorg en Wonen.
