We zorgen dat huurders en gasten zich helemaal thuis voelen! Achter de koffiebar bereiden we geweldige cappuccino's en serveren we lunch en zijn we gelijktijdig het aanspreekpunt voor alles wat er in het pand speelt. Zo bouw je als Huismeester écht een band op met de plek en de huurders en is elke dag weer anders. Ben je op zoek naar een horecabaan met veel verantwoordelijkheden, waarin je echt het verschil kan maken, maar waarbij je werkt tijdens kantooruren en je dus 's avonds, in het weekend en op feestdagen vrij bent? Dan is deze functie echt iets voor jou! Voor een aantal van onze locaties in de regio Amsterdam zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven locatiemanager/bedrijfsleider. Wie zoeken wij? Ben jij de hardwerkende, klantgerichte locatiemanager waar we naar op zoek zijn? Heb jij aantoonbare werkervaring in de horeca (en/of receptie) en ben jij: - Gastvrij en attent; - Sociaal! Je moet het leuk vinden om een echte connectie te maken met huurders en collega's; - Een motivator met collegialiteit hoog in het vaandel; - Oplossingsgericht; - Nederlandssprekend; - Iemand met oog voor detail; - Goed in het houden van overzicht. Woon je binnen Amsterdam of in een straal van ca. 5 km. rondom Amsterdam? Dan zijn we op zoek naar jou! Als locatiemanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele gang van zaken op jouw locatie.
