Voor BSO De Ravelijn en BSO Sport WSV in Apeldoorn zijn wij per 1 november op zoek naar een betrokken en zichtbare locatiemanager. Iemand die samen met de teams wil bouwen aan twee sterke BSO-locaties, ieder met een duidelijke eigen identiteit. Als locatiemanager bij Fris! ben jij het gezicht en aanspreekpunt voor kinderen, ouders, medewerkers en samenwerkingspartners. Je zorgt dat alles klopt: van de sfeer binnen het team tot de pedagogische kwaliteit en de communicatie met ouders. Naast je 20 managementuren per week, werk je vier middagen mee op de BSO-groep. Hierdoor blijf je nauw betrokken bij de dagelijkse praktijk, weet je wat er speelt op de locaties en houd je goed feeling met de kinderen, ouders en collega's. Met jouw organisatietalent en mensenkennis verbind je de teams, motiveer je professionals en zorg je voor een prettige en professionele werkomgeving. Je bewaakt de pedagogische visie, onderhoudt contact met ouders en samenwerkingspartners en zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse organisatie soepel verloopt. Jij bent de verbinder die structuur, frisse energie en motivatie brengt.
