Je loopt 's ochtends Villa Bleijenburgh binnen. In de huiskamer drinkt een bewoner rustig een kop koffie. Een collega vertelt enthousiast over een activiteit die voor de bewoners wordt georganiseerd. Dit is Villa Bleijenburgh Bij Ge-Woon Fijne Zorg en Welzijn geloven we dat passende zorg begint met échte aandacht. Aandacht voor bewoners, voor collega's en voor de mens achter iedere zorgvraag. Voor Villa Bleijenburgh in Bladel zoeken wij een locatiemanager die deze visie herkent. Iemand die dichtbij mensen staat, verbinding brengt en samen met bewoners, medewerkers en familieleden wil bouwen aan een bijzondere woonomgeving. Villa Bleijenburgh is een kleinschalige woonzorglocatie waar momenteel 34 bewoners wonen, waarvan 14 bewoners ondersteuning ontvangen vanuit ons zorgteam. Samen met ongeveer 20 betrokken collega's vormen wij één zorg-, service- en welzijnsteam. We kennen onze bewoners persoonlijk. We kennen hun verhalen en voorkeuren en weten wat voor hen belangrijk is. Juist daardoor kunnen we zorg, service en welzijn bieden die écht bij iemand passen. Binnen Villa Bleijenburgh draait het niet om systemen of protocollen als doel op zich. Het draait om mensen. Om een fijne dag. Om een goed gesprek. Om aandacht voor wat iemand nodig heeft. Dat geldt voor bewoners én voor medewerkers. Wat maakt deze functie bijzonder? Wij zoeken geen manager die op afstand stuurt. We zoeken iemand die zichtbaar aanwezig is.
