Locatie: Mook | 16 - 20 uur per week | Dienstverband Jouw rol als locatiemanager Als locatiemanager ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken op de Oekraïense noodopvanglocatie in Mook en Middelaar. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de opvang soepel, veilig en menswaardig verloopt. Je stuurt het team op locatie aan, houdt toezicht op de uitvoering van het beleid en bewaakt de structuur, voortgang en kwaliteit van de processen. Je grijpt in wanneer nodig en draagt zorg voor een veilige en leefbare omgeving, voor zowel bewoners als medewerkers. Naast je leidinggevende en organisatorische rol ben je ook een belangrijk sociaal aanspreekpunt op locatie. Je hebt regelmatig contact met bewoners, met name bij casussen, incidenten of signaleringen die extra aandacht vragen. Hoewel de dagelijkse begeleiding veelal bij de vloercoördinatoren ligt, ben jij als locatiemanager betrokken bij het sociale beheer en schakel je, waar nodig, met partijen als Veilig Thuis of andere hulpinstanties. Jij zorgt zorg voor duidelijke communicatie richting het team en neemt een actieve rol in het verbeteren van processen en werkafspraken. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor rapportages over het functioneren van de locatie en legt daarmee verantwoording af aan de gemeentelijke programmamanager en je eigen organisatie. Je onderhoudt actief contact met externe stakeholders, waaronder de gemeente, politie, BOA's, de Veiligheidsregio, VluchtelingenWerk, GGD en andere ketenpartners. Je vertegenwoordigt VIZZION op locatie en neemt initiatief in overlegstructuren. Over ons De Noodopvang in Mook en Middelaar. VIZZION. is door de gemeente Mook en Middelaar aangesteld om het locatiemanagement te verzorgen voor de opvanglocatie in Mook.
