Met jouw mensgerichte leiderschap weet je medewerkers te inspireren, te coachen en het beste uit zichzelf te halen. Als locatiemanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de locatie. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen pedagogische kwaliteit, oudercontacten, personeelsplanning, samenwerking met onderwijs en de bedrijfsvoering. Dankzij jouw helikopterview stel je de juiste prioriteiten en houd je overzicht, ook als er veel tegelijk speelt. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je begeleidt je team, voert gesprekken met ouders en samenwerkingspartners, denkt mee over de ontwikkeling van kinderen en houdt tegelijkertijd zicht op de resultaten van de locatie. Bij onverwachte situaties schakel je snel, pak je door en zorg je samen met je team voor passende oplossingen. Krijg jij energie van deze afwisseling en verantwoordelijkheid? Je hebt ervaring met leidinggeven in een dynamische omgeving en begrijpt hoe veranderingen invloed kunnen hebben op teams. Dankzij jouw ervaring met verandermanagement weet je medewerkers mee te nemen en teamdynamieken positief te begeleiden. Je bent sterk in multitasken, kunt goed prioriteiten stellen en behoudt altijd het overzicht.
