Als locatiemanager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken binnen onze organisatie. Je houdt overzicht, stuurt medewerkers aan en zorgt ervoor dat het verwerkings- en afleverproces zo efficiënt mogelijk verloopt. Samen met eigenaren Erwin en Remco werk je aan verdere groei en professionalisering van het bedrijf. Wat ga je doen? Geen dag is hetzelfde. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt en bent de verbindende schakel tussen planning, productie en medewerkers. - - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige verwerkings- en afleverproces van onze bloemen. - - Je bewaakt de dagelijkse planning en zorgt voor een efficiënte uitvoering. - - Je bepaalt op basis van de orders de verdeling van de bloemen. - - Je stuurt medewerkers aan, motiveert het team en zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie. - - Je houdt de voorraad op peil en zorgt dat materialen tijdig beschikbaar zijn. - - Je signaleert verbeterkansen en denkt mee over de verdere ontwikkeling van het bedrijf. - - Je werkt nauw samen met de eigenaren en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de dagelijkse operatie.
