Door het tekort aan opvangplekken dreigen steeds meer asielzoekers buiten de opvang in Ter Apel te moeten wachten. Als locatiemanager van een deel van de locatie in Ter Apel weet jij als geen ander hoe belangrijk het is om asielzoekers een veilige opvangplek te bieden. Dagelijks zijn er wisselingen in de bezetting van onze bewoners. Jij ervaart dat als een dynamische werkomgeving waar je direct een bijdrage levert aan een veilige woon- en werkomgeving. Wil jij werken in een omgeving waar ruim 18 miljoen Nederlanders iets van vinden? En ben jij de locatiemanager die professionaliteit en plezier met elkaar kan verenigen? Dan zoeken wij jou! Als locatiemanager van het COA Ga je leidinggeven aan een professioneel team dat werkzaam is aan het begin van de opvangketen. Jouw rol is cruciaal in de verdere ontwikkeling van onze organisatie en de medewerkers. We willen menswaardige en flexibele opvang voor bewoners bieden, maatschappelijke meerwaarde creëren, wendbaar zijn, maar ook transparant en voorspelbaar voor onze stakeholders. En we willen resultaatgericht samenwerken, zowel binnen als buiten de organisatie. Deze taken vragen van jou als manager dat je verschillende rollen moet kunnen vervullen, zo ben je naast leidinggevende ook coach, verandermanager en omgevingsmanager. De locatiemanager resoneert onder de adjunct-regiomanager van Ter Apel. De regiomanager en adjunct regiomanager zijn verantwoordelijk voor de strategisch/tactische koers van vrijwel alle locaties in Ter Apel.
