Je wordt verantwoordelijk vooreen asielzoekerscentrum(azc) of noodopvanglocatie binnen de provincie Friesland. Benjij de locatiemanager die professionaliteit, een veilig woon- en werkklimaat en plezier metelkaar kan verenigen? Dan is dit de uitdaging die jij zoekt! Als locatiemanager bij het COA…Ga je leidinggeven aan een professioneel team dat werkzaam is aan het begin van deopvangketen. Jouw rol is cruciaal in de verdere ontwikkeling van onze organisatie en demedewerkers. We willen menswaardige en flexibele opvang voor bewoners bieden,maatschappelijke meerwaarde creëren, wendbaar zijn, maar ook transparant envoorspelbaar voor onze stakeholders. En we willen resultaatgericht samenwerken, zowelbinnen als buiten de organisatie. Deze taken vragen van jou als manager dat jeverschillende rollen moet kunnen vervullen, zo ben je naast leidinggevende ook coach,verandermanager en omgevingsmanager. Het team dat jij gaat aansturen bestaat uit 25à 30 medewerkers werkzaam in functies als bijvoorbeeld, woonbegeleider,programmabegeleider en casemanager. Als Locatiemanager ben jij…Een mens- en resultaatgerichte leidinggevende welke in staat is om heldere doelen testellen. Je kunt prioriteiten stellen en schroomt niet om besluiten te nemen wanneernodig. Verder heb jij een verbindende en coachende manier van leidinggeven, met oogvoor de ontwikkeling van je medewerkers en jouw team. Zo durf jij de ruimte enverantwoordelijkheid aan jouw medewerkers geven, en wanneer nodig stuur jij bij engeeft feedbac...
