Je werkt nauw samen met onze locatiemanagers in de regio én met verschillende netwerkpartners, zoals scholen, wijkcentra en sportverenigingen. Met jouw energie, overzicht en leiderschap zorg je voor een professionele werkomgeving waar medewerkers zich gesteund voelen en kinderen kunnen groeien. Voor onze locaties KDV Het Kwartelnest en BSO Fit&Fun en BSO Kwartelnest zoeken we een locatiemanager die houdt van organiseren, verbinden en vooruitdenken. Je bent 32 tot 36 uur per week beschikbaar. We zoeken iemand die energie krijgt van samenwerken, bouwen en het beste uit teams halen. Je krijgt veel ruimte om te ontwikkelen, te vernieuwen en jouw eigen stijl van leiderschap in te zetten. Een prachtige kans voor iemand die wil groeien, maar ook een fijne plek voor een ervaren kracht die houdt van korte lijnen en een hecht team. Je bent een echte teambuilder: je motiveert, stuurt aan en zorgt dat iedereen kan schitteren. Daarnaast draag je zorg voor het pedagogisch beleid, afstemming met de rooster coördinatoren over de personeelsplanning, financiën en de dagelijkse organisatie. Ook zoek je actief de samenwerking op met scholen, sportverenigingen en partners in de wijk. Je komt terecht in een warm, betrokken en divers team van locatiemanagers en op de locaties in een senior team van pedagogisch professionals. Jullie ondersteunen en versterken elkaar.
