Ook voor ouders en samenwerkingspartners zoals scholen ben jij een vertrouwd gezicht en aanspreekpunt. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt : van de pedagogische kwaliteit bewaken, tot de communicatie met ouders en het efficiënt organiseren van jouw team. Adjunct- of assistentlocatiemanager Op de meeste locaties werken we met een adjunct-locatiemanager die de manager ondersteunt bij verschillende dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Dit is vaak een ervaren pedagogisch professional die dit combineert met de reguliere werkzaamheden op de groep. De adjunct-locatiemanager fungeert als rechterhand van de locatiemanager en draagt bij aan een soepel verloop van de dag. Wat krijg je van gro-up?
