Voor onze opdrachtgever zoeken wij een daadkrachtige locatiemanager met minimaal 5 jaar leidinggevende ervaring en aantoonbare expertise in verandermanagement. Functie Over de functie In deze rol geef je leiding aan een omvangrijke opvanglocatie met meerdere groepen en een divers team van pedagogisch professionals. Je bouwt aan een stabiele en inspirerende werkomgeving, tilt de pedagogische kwaliteit naar een nog hoger niveau en zorgt voor een efficiënte bedrijfsvoering. Omdat de locatie in ontwikkeling is, breng je rust en richting via doelgericht verandermanagement. Je coacht medewerkers bij vernieuwingen, optimaliseert werkprocessen en versterkt de samenwerking binnen het team en met externe partners zoals basisscholen en wijkinitiatieven. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Dagelijkse leiding en coachende aansturing van het pedagogische team - Initiëren, begeleiden en borgen van verandertrajecten binnen de locatie - Waarborgen van de pedagogische kwaliteit volgens de geldende wet en regelgeving in de kinderopvang - Verantwoordelijkheid voor personeelsplanning, kindbezetting en financieel beheer - Onderhouden van nauw contact met ouders, de oudercommissie en samenwerkingspartners - Signaleren van trends in de branche en deze vertal...
