In jouw rol ben je de verbindende schakel tussen kinderen, gezinnen en de buurt. Je werkt nauw samen met onze onderwijspartner en collega-managers in de regio om de kwaliteit van onze opvang naar een nóg hoger niveau te tillen. Met jouw ervaring creëer je een positieve en professionele werkomgeving waar medewerkers zich gesteund voelen en kinderen een sterke basis krijgen. Als eindverantwoordelijke voor jouw locatie leg je direct verantwoording af aan de regiomanager. Kortom: jij bent een inspirerende leider met overzicht, energie en een drive om bij te dragen aan het welzijn van de teams en kinderen. Voor één onze kinderdagverblijven in Rotterdam-Ommoord zijn wij op zoek naar een verbindende en creatieve locatiemanager die toegankelijk is voor pedagogisch professionals én ouders. Iemand die de tradities van gro-up koestert en tegelijkertijd nieuwe tradities weet te ontwikkelen. Ervaring in de kinderopvang is een vereiste. Je staat stevig in je schoenen, houdt van structuur en bent een echte doorzetter. We zoeken een collega voor 24 uur per week, verdeeld over drie dagen. Je bent in ieder geval beschikbaar op vrijdag (!)). Je wordt onderdeel van een betrokken team van locatiemanagers, variërend van junior tot senior.
