Locatiemanager Kinderopvang Leeuwarden Het werk: Als locatiemanager draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor de dagelijkse aansturing en de verdere ontwikkeling van de locatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor 20 tot 40 medewerkers. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer en weet wat er speelt binnen de teams. Je zorgt voor duidelijke kaders, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de opvang en creëert een omgeving waarin medewerkers eigenaarschap nemen en zich kunnen ontwikkelen. Je wacht niet af wanneer situaties aandacht vragen, maar neemt initiatief en durft beslissingen te maken. Jij wordt juist enthousiast van deze baan, omdat geen dag hetzelfde is. Zo voer je het ene moment een gesprek met een medewerker of ouder, het volgende moment neem je deel aan een overleg voor het borgen van de kwaliteitseisen binnen de kinderopvang. Je zorgt dat alles klopt: van de sfeer binnen het team tot de kwaliteit op de opvang. Je bent een locatiemanager die impact maakt binnen de kinderopvang. Wie ben jij? Jij bent een locatiemanager die niet alleen leidinggeeft, maar ook richting. Iemand die duidelijkheid biedt, verwachtingen uitspreekt en de moed heeft om lastige gesprekken te voeren. Tegelijkertijd blijf je in verbinding, spreek je waardering uit en stimuleert samenwerking. Je begrijpt dat succesvolle resultaten ontstaan wanneer mensen zich gehoord voelen en zelf het vertrouwen voelen om eigenaarschap te nemen. Jij bent als leidinggevende: - Organisatorisch sterk en resultaatgericht; - Daadkrachtig en mensgericht; - Enthousiast en kundig in bedrijfsvoering; - Gedreven in het creëren van eigenaarschap bij medewerkers.
