Samen winnen en exploiteren we de zandwinning Oosterweilanden op een duurzame, veilige en toekomstgerichte manier. Meer informatie over de locatie vind je op www.oosterweilanden.nl . Als locatiemanager heb jij de dagelijkse leiding over de zandwinning Oosterweilanden. Je stuurt de schipper en machinisten aan, onderhoudt klantcontacten, verzorgt de verkoopadministratie en maakt rapportages. Daarnaast borg je de kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieueisen op de locatie en treed je op als directievertegenwoordiger. Wat ga je doen? - Leidinggeven aan het team van schipper en machinisten. - Bewaken en optimaliseren van productieprocessen en zorgen voor een optimale werking van de klasseerinstallatie. - Klantcontact en verkoopadministratie ten behoeve van facturatie en rapportages. - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitsanalyses en organiseren van periodieke kwaliteitsoverleggen. - Bewaken van Arbo- en milieubeleid en toezien op naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften. - Zelfstandig oplossen van kleine technische storingen en uitvoeren van montage- en demontagewerk. - Verantwoordelijk voor belading en bediening van het doseer- en laadstation. - Standplaats: Zandwinning Oosterweilanden Bezoekadres: Horstweg (ter hoogte van Horstweg 15), 7671 RJ Vriezenveen Jouw profiel - Afgeronde technische en/of bedrijfskundige opleiding. - Aantoonbare relevante werkervaring. - Ervaring met Microsoft Office. - Flexibel, communicatief vaardig en geen 8‑tot‑5 mentaliteit. - Teamspeler met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. - Woonachtig in het oosten van het land of bereid daar te gaan wonen.
