Wat ga je doen? Ben jij op zoek naar een uitdagende, fulltime rol als locatiemedewerker in Rotterdam? In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij de spil tussen personeel en opdrachtgevers. De ene dag voer je een intakegesprek met een rigger die een nieuwe uitdaging zoekt, en de volgende dag puzzel je met een klant aan de personeelsplanning voor de komende week. Tussendoor zorg je dat de complete administratie tot in de puntjes klopt. Je administratieve taken vormen een belangrijk fundament in jouw werkweek. Je stelt contracten en opdrachtbevestigingen op, maakt nauwkeurige tariefberekeningen en controleert of de gemaakte afspraken en arbeidsvoorwaarden juist worden nageleefd. Je vindt het leuk om zaken uit te zoeken en regelt alles strak van A tot Z. Bij werving en selectie voer je sollicitatiegesprekken, werk je deze uit en stel je de beste kandidaten voor aan de klanten. Daarnaast ben je continu in contact met de medewerkers en opdrachtgevers over hun beschikbaarheid, inzet en planning. Mocht er op het laatste moment iets veranderen, dan schakel je moeiteloos door. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het correct verwerken van alle gegevens en het up-to-date houden van personeelsdossiers. Ook duik je in de verschillende cao's en arbeidsvoorwaarden om te waarborgen dat alles volgens de regels verloopt. Je komt te werken op de vestiging in Rotterdam binnen een betrokken team dat gespecialiseerd is in de haven- en industriële logistiek. Je werkt intensief samen met collega's van de locaties in Amsterdam en Vlissingen. Samen zorgen jullie voor de inzet van goed opgeleide vakmensen in de Nederlandse havens, waaronder riggers, kraan- en shovelmachinisten, heftruckchauffeurs en logistiek medewerkers.
