Op de opvanglocatie voor Oekraïense ontheemden ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor bewoners, bezoekers en hulpdiensten. Wat je gaat doen als locatiemedewerker Als Locatiemedewerker dag bij de gemeente Midden-Drenthe ben je het visitekaartje van de opvanglocatie. In 99% van de gevallen werk je op deze locatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat bewoners, bezoekers en medewerkers op een gastvrije en respectvolle manier worden ontvangen. Daarnaast houd je toezicht op de locatie en draag je bij aan het welzijn, de hygiëne en de veiligheid van bewoners en omwonenden. Tijdens je dienst ben je in principe de enige locatiemedewerker die aanwezig is. Hoewel er regelmatig een manager op de locatie komt, wordt van jou verwacht dat je zelfstandig kunt werken, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en in onverwachte situaties passende beslissingen durft te nemen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bewoners, bezoekers, omwonenden en hulpdiensten. - Je voert controlerondes uit en let daarbij op veiligheid, toegankelijkheid, brandveiligheid, hygiëne en het welzijn van bewoners. - Je handelt zelfstandig bij incidenten, zoals brand, een bewoner die onwel wordt of een lekkage.
